Update 2: After 8 calls and 2 hours later, I spoke to a gentleman who asked if I'd like the order redelivered and the correct food arrived. Adding a star. In an attempt to support a local business, we placed an online order to be delivered by the LMC a place that we have gone to many times in the past and were elated to have again. When they beat the time estimate for delivery, we were impressed and excited to have an excellent meal. However, when we unpacked the food, nothing in the order was correct not the right meals, not enough for 4 people, and an ingredient I am allergic to. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I promptly called the restaurant to let them know and receive our order....
So this place was actually on the verge of getting at least 4 outta 5 stars for service. If it wasn't for Claudia. The host or bar lady. With the glasses was extremely rude to us. The fact that she told us we need to sit somewhere else after we was told it was ok by manager and waitress was shocking to me. Then she actually waited until our food came to table and started sweeping dirt in our direction . I couldn't believe how much unnecessary, unsanitary and unprofessional behavior she displayed. I meant to write a review about this restaurant for a long time. We have been going to Little Mexican Cafe for years, sometimes several times a week. During early days of COVID, the restaurant ownership had a tragic event and at the same time they lost their liquor license. We decided to try some other (many) Mexican restaurants in Westchester, even in nearby CT and Long Island. Either salsa or guacamole or margarita was not up to par. Very good food, fast service, every time I come to this restaurant they serve me very well since the first time I came, there is a person who comes and is giving a bad review only because he has personal problems with the employees, not because of the service, I liked everything The only thing missing is a room for children but I know that it is not necessary I give 10/10 to everything, very well done on behalf of Juan the manager, they keep the hostesses and the others attentive to everything
HORRIBLE SERVICE, the waitress Claudia has 0 empathy with customers. It provides horrible service, I called to complain because the food arrived wrong, it did not arrive as I stated in the instructions, and their response was “JUAN GÓMEZ THE MANAGER IS NOT HERE SO IF YOU WANT TO CALL LATER”! What type of service is this? It has happened repeatedly, I recommend not going to pay for a service like this place. The atmosphere is not pleasant at all and even less so are the waitresses!!!!
HORRIBLE service from them, I had a problem with a meal and when I called Claudia's response was to hang up and tell me that the manager was not there so I should call later. It is not the first time this has happened, more than 3 times I have ended up making mistakes in the food. You never think about the client's good, they are only interested in selling. Horrible service, I do not recommend spending your money in this unpleasant place.
