Stopped at a this cafe for a quick drink while we waited for family to arrive. Was kindly (sarcastic) informed that they also sell food as it’s a cafe. Made to feel unwelcome as a result of the comment. As I openly spoke about his comment he did give us the 2 drinks free of charge. I still informed him I would not leave a good review. A cafe is there to serve food or drinks. Most cafes would be thankful for the business especially after Covid. Due to this 1 experience it has put us off a revisit., which is a shame as the food did look good.
Great little cafe run quite efficiently by owner/staff. Had 2 full English breakfast both days of our visit. The sausage was thick juicy and delicious and everything else was very good too. Could've been hotter but I do like my food piping hot and my hubby doesn't like egg so took it off the order first day but they don't give substitutions, even extra mushrooms would be good, he left it on the next day and I had it. It is tiny but wait if you can its lovely and fair value.
very unique cafe is located on the james street, opposite the co-op in brighton. that eating is amazing, they get more than they bargain for. good eating in large portions and not very expensive, affordable and value for money. clean furniture and floors. amazing staff; we met katie, gai and stephan who go beyond and beyond to make customers happy. no delays and queues. they also offer as part of their service.
We were lucky to snag a table inside this small cafe. The staff was incredibly friendly. We ordered two full English breakfasts, which were freshly cooked and delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee were also top-notch. Highly recommend this place.

Had a really nice brunch, best place in Kemp Town : Few places, but you can stay waiting on the front of the restaurant, sitting there until a table gets free inside. Full english breakfast and many options much lighter than any other places in Brighton :
Lovely setting, delicious food, very friendly staff. Father and daughter visiting Brighton for the first time. Found this gem for our Sunday breakfast on TripA. We loved it. Great smoothies, eggs Benedict, nice croissant and very good cappuccino.

the best eggs I cost. personal friendly and helpful. a good menu for someone like me who doesn't enjoy meat. eat freshly cooked but quickly arrived.

Delicious breakfast, proper decent cup of tea and great service. Very small so it’s pot luck if there’s a table. Waiter was very entertaining!
Stefan is amazing and really knows how to keep us entertained. The breakfast was delicious, and we'll definitely be back soon!
