Little Pigs Bar-b-q Restaurant

A couple months ago me and my wife stopped here for a Togo order. We ordered the family combo. Mistake #1 was no smoky smells in this BBQ restaurant. #2 when I saw the gentleman fill my coleslaw container from a giant bucket, from what looked like a Sysco product, the BBQ sauce was so bad that I used my Baby Rays instead. I knew I was in trouble after all that. Now, I'm a Chef and former kitchen manager at a BBQ restaurant from VA, and this restaurant did not give me a BBQ restaurant vibe. Nobody, except the girl who took our order, was very happy. Not one smile from behind the counter. This is Subway for BBQ. Nothing seems to be made fresh. Everything seems to prepackaged and cooked by Chef Microwave. BBQ places are supposed to have their own sauces and this place had Sweet Baby Ray's for their none mustard base sauce. Food lacks seasoning. They also wanna nickel and dime you by charging for sauces. That's the fastest way for me to not visit your establishment if you charge .25 .50 etc.... for sauce. I just paid $45 and based of the quality of the food you made profit cause you definitely didn't buy quality food. Greenville have plenty of other BBQ joints try a different place other than this one.

Doug Melissa, owners, were phenomenal and made sure our large catering order was perfect every step of the way. Food was on time and ready to go when we arrived, piping hot, delicious too; order was exactly correct, as well! We highly recommend them with a 5 rating! We will be going back for some more deliciousness, for sure!! EVERYONE enjoyed!! And GREAT value for the money, as well!

Very good, the food is typical of South Carolina, it is a quiet place. The online menu must be updated because when we arrived it was different from the one published online.

You know the place is just like any old barbecue place and it often feels crowded but hot damn that barbecue, sweet potatoes crunch, and fries will make you slap yo momma!
