Little Red Dumpling Carseldine

Walked out before ordering. We felt pressured to sit down after just looking at the menu in the window. Waiter placed us right at the front door despite entire place being basically empty. It was so cold and like sitting in a wind tunnel, my kids froze. Filthy dirty high chair provided. Had to request menus as we were expected to order and pay on our phones. Extremely poor restaurant service and staff training. Most dumplings looked premade and frozen frozen and not hand made.

Not too sure if the takeaway menu and dine in menu standard is the same? I love my braised beef brisket dishes and once i saw a dish in their menu, i ordered it straight up. Very disappointing, i got a massive scoop of soupy rice, steamed vegetables and tiny cuts of beef and none in the dish looked like braised beef to me. The fried wonton was hard and dry. I'm also a chef and I dont usually put reviews but please show people that your food is worth the money. Sorry.

13 Aug 2022, 11:40pmWe go out as a family, only to have staff ignore us and tell us to order using the QR code. The place was empty and there was no excuse not to take our orders in a normal manner. We simply left and won't be returning.

Sllllooooowwww service. Forgot to bring out half our drinks. Screwed the dumpling orders. Carseldine store has gone to hell.

the unnecessarily loud, monotonous and insulting music that sprouts in the restaurant really ruins the experience.
