I rated Saigon Cafe a 5 because I was really impressed with both the service and the atmosphere. I personally enjoyed my pho, and the ube martini was delicious and well-balanced. The broth in all the pho dishes was outstanding. Our table of four ordered two beef pho (pho tai), one chicken pho (pho ga), and one beef short rib pho (pho suon bo). While the beef pho was fantastic, I felt that the quality of the short rib meat didn’t justify the extra charge. I would definitely return, but I would skip the additional cost for the pho suon bo next time.

Clean restaurant, allergy friendly menu for: peanuts, gluten free vegan. The waiter was a younger man, slightly awkward interactions, wasn’t rude though. Ordered the vegan curry and was thrilled with it. Good playful flavor that wasn’t spicy but peppery. Loved the tofu, best tofu I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Would go again for that curry, reasonable wait time relaxed atmosphere
I tried this place for the first time the other day and was super impressed! The vermicelli salad was so delicious and flavorful. But the spring rolls that came with it were some of the best I’ve ever had. They were so flaky and tasted homemade. My fiancé and I couldn’t stop talking about them the next day.

My friend and I had dinner there last night and we had the best service and positive experience. The waitress was so kind that served us. Would highly recommend the vermicelli noodles with crispy fried tofu and veggie spring rolls.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. The beef was tender and cooked to perfection.
Been here many many times. My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in St Louis. The food is sooo good!
