We had been told about this tiny coffee shop in Eric Street, near the beach.Open from early ( I was visiting around 6.30am and it was buzzing).It has a constant stream of beach goers collecting their daily coffee fix. Service is quick and the coffee some of the best I have had in Perth.Although I didn't try them, they also had an array of freshly cooked breakfast muffins and other take away savoury nibbles easy to buy and eat on the run. A great find.
We stayed next door at the backpackers hostel and I'm so glad this little coffee shop was next door. We popped in every morning for some great coffees and top notch people watching. It's definitely a local spot with loads of regulars and good vibes. Service is fast and the coffee is great. Couldn't ask for more!
If you judge a place by how busy it is then this is a winner. If you actually stop and have a coffee that impression is confirmed. They make excellent coffee, very promptly, have very easy going staff, and the view from outside is across the beach and the Indian Ocean - pretty close to heaven.

Its my local but I do travel to where the best coffee is. Its nice to change once in a while but also very nice to be confident that your one coffee a day will be the best possible
This is a little coffee bolt hole that can churn out coffee in rapid fire without compromise. A stones throw from North Cott beach. Perfect for a swim and a coffee morning.
What is it with Perth and the extreme coffee prices!! I can get a high quality coffee in Manly from $3.20, yet in Perth they charge $5.00 and some!!
