I visited this restaurant for their lunch combo and ordered the beef and chicken teriyaki, which included rice and miso soup, along with a mixed tempura and cucumber and avocado rolls. They offer two- and three-item combos as well. We also decided to try the spicy edamame. After waiting around 25 minutes, we inquired about our food. Little Tokyo has changed and yet remained the same over the years. My family and I have been visiting this restaurant for nearly 20 years, and it continues to be our favorite Japanese spot in Southern California. As of October 2023, they have once again updated their menu. It's debatable whether the old menu or the new one is better—the previous menu offered more for the same price, while the new one allows for more customization to suit your taste. Nevertheless, the quality has remained excellent, which is what truly matters. Update: The owner of the restaurant reached out to me with an explanation stating that this is a plumbing and weather issue. They are under relatively new ownership and are intending to remodel the bathrooms. This gave me a high level of confidence and we will be back to patronize this establishment. Anyone who is as responsive as this owner clearly is conscientious about his business. Thank you, Tiny! We had Sushi, which was reasonably priced, freshly made, and tasted good. The restaurant was clean and service was good. It took a downturn when I went to the bathroom, which is not separately designated, and the smell was sickening. I had been coming to LT for years, as I had a client in San Dimas. Always a great lunch spot. I told my wife about years ago and it's been their sushi spot for years with her friends. It had been a few years for me we went last with the fam and it was fantastic! Service: Waitresses were great and attentive. Food: Everyone loved their orders. Curry Katsu was phenomenal, all of the different sushi rolls were delicious, and the teriyaki is still always on point. This was our 7 year old's first time having sushi. He loved it! I came here with my gf last night and both of us were extremely pleased! We came here a little before 6PM so we were seated right away. I'm a big fan of salmon so we ordered like 10 pieces of salmon nigiri, baked black trufll roll, san dimas roll and salmonizer roll. My favorite had to be the salmon nigiri since their salmon was so fresh and tasty. One of the best salmon nigiri I've had in a very long time. My gf really liked the san dimas roll. Overall, I would definitely consider this place as one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. Will definitely come back for more next time!

The prices did not match the quality of the food at all. I've been to sushi places nearby that have way better food for cheaper. The rice they used for the sushi was kinda coming off and it wasn't the right consistency for sushi rice. The seaweed also seemed off somehow. I came here because it was one of the only places open at 8:30 and my boyfriend and I were craving sushi. It's definitely not worth it tho... The servers were very nice and welcoming and there was a lot of seating. The interior was clean and well kept.

Well after all these years it's finally been bought out by someone who raised the prices but didn't raise the quantity. What I mean is, the rolls are smaller and the portions are as well. We got two rolls and a green tea and the bill was $37! Quality of the albacore felt sub par, it was a bit sketchy.

I've been coming to Little Tokyo for over 10 years! Their menu has changed a bit but I absolutely love it still. The curry, ramen and sushi are my favorites.

Quick seating sometimes a small wait. Food is always great have not been disappointed. Favorite rolls are; Trust Joe, Super Philly. Service is always good.
