One of the staff members, a girl with short white hair and a tattoo, began arguing with us when we expressed our dissatisfaction. She slammed the boxes of food together and was visibly upset by our complaint. Our bill came to £170 for starters, drinks, and three skinny pizzas shared between six adults and one baby pizza.
I have been a regular at Little Wing Ballyhackamore since it opened and love it. The new one on Ormeau Rd is fabulous. However, I cannot understand why the Holywood branch consistently provides poor service. The kids play zone allows people to linger, causing a backlog of tables waiting. There should be a time limit in place and orders for takeaway should be managed properl...
I dined at Little Wing for the second time, with my first visit being for lunch. Both experiences were very positive. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we were seated promptly. I enjoyed a delicious pizza, while my husband had the minestrone soup and bruschetta with goats cheese, which were also scrumptious. The house wine was great as well. The desserts, raspberry and almond tart with gelato ice cream and chocolate and strawberry ice cream cone, were also delicious. We had a lovely overall experience and can't wait to return when we are next in Holywood.
I recently visited this restaurant for a small pizza and salad. Unfortunately, we had to wait 50 minutes for our order to arrive. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that they had a large order to fulfill. I recommend asking about potential delays before ordering here, as I would have left if I had known about the wait time. Waiting 50 minutes for lunch is unacceptable.
My 2 friends and I visit on a Sunday afternoon and had a great time. The food, drinks and service were all fabulous. They had a special offer on 2 courses and a drink and our server went of their way to help us avail of the deal. We were also delighted that they cater for special diets (gluten free and vegan). Really looking forward to our next visit

Took my grandson and son yesterday and enjoyed the meal. Some of the service was good but in the end we had to ask for my grandson’s hot chocolate. When I paid the bill which was £41.70 I gave her £45 and she never gave me my change. I was too embarrassed to ask for it. Definitely won’t be going back.
The topping was rather sparse. Came away feeling underwhelmed. It's difficult to rate the quality of the topping there just wasn't enough of it, the very thin base, though standard fayre, was in fact the dominating flavour. Never experienced that before.
We visited with my sister who has advanced dementia and can't fault a thing. The staff were attentive and patient. We had starters, mains and a few of us had desserts. The tuscan pizza and the nutella pizza were both amazing. Would highly recommend
It took my friends and i 30 minutes to be seated to a table, the wait for a table is always long. Although the food is delicious and the food service is quick. This place is tasty and nice for a bite to eat.

Absolutely awful. Had to wait 25 minutes for a very small pizza and when it came, it hadn't been cooked properly and the toppings where sparse and poorly presented. A really awful expensive experience.
