Little Wing Pizzeria

One of the staff members, a girl with short white hair and a tattoo, began arguing with us when we expressed our dissatisfaction. She slammed the boxes of food together and was visibly upset by our complaint. Our bill came to £170 for starters, drinks, and three skinny pizzas shared between six adults and one baby pizza. I have been a regular at Little Wing Ballyhackamore since it opened and love it. The new one on Ormeau Rd is fabulous. However, I cannot understand why the Holywood branch consistently provides poor service. The kids play zone allows people to linger, causing a backlog of tables waiting. My 2 friends and I visit on a Sunday afternoon and had a great time. The food, drinks and service were all fabulous. They had a special offer on 2 courses and a drink and our server went of their way to help us avail of the deal. We were also delighted that they cater for special diets (gluten free and vegan). Really looking forward to our next visit

Took my grandson and son yesterday and enjoyed the meal. Some of the service was good but in the end we had to ask for my grandson’s hot chocolate. When I paid the bill which was £41.70 I gave her £45 and she never gave me my change. I was too embarrassed to ask for it. Definitely won’t be going back.

It took my friends and i 30 minutes to be seated to a table, the wait for a table is always long. Although the food is delicious and the food service is quick. This place is tasty and nice for a bite to eat.

Not a great experience, busy lunchtime restaurant but badly understaffed. Waited over 40 minutes for two small pizzas unfortunately we had to leave before any food arrived. Little wing long wait !!!!!
