L&l Hawaiian Barbecue

Was meeting a friend after 2 years and we headed out to get some Indian food but the restaurant was being renovated so we looked elsewhere. L&L Hawaiian BBQ came up in our search asking side a ramen shop next door. We ordered the garlic chicken and the BBQ chicken. The food was decent, the folks who worked there were great and the place seemed very interesting. It had a lot of pictures, with surfboards and other things that one may associate with Hawaii. The food portions are great so don’t order too much if you are a light eater. There is some space to accommodate dine in, the parking lot is fairly decent. Love L&L ever since I used to spend my summers with my relatives in Hawaii. The $0.99 spam musubi on Wednesdays at this location makes me happy. Although this location is on the smaller side, the food is what matters. It’s nice to see that they try to add new dishes every now and then.

This place has been going downhill ever since. Never order the spicey chicken plate on the wall. Did not even remotely look like the pic. It was just drenched in thick Korean bbq sauce because the cook is lazy. They just do the the bare minimum to keep running. Go elsewhere.

It's so hard to find great Hawaiian food, but L&L is, in fact, great. The food was delish and the service was with a smile and a kind word. It may turn out to be my new favorite Hawaiian place!

Such an amazing spot! The staff and management are incredible and the food is exceptional. Do yourself a favor and grab a plate here you won't regret it
