My friend recommended this place to me, having lived in Hawaii before. She insisted I had to try it, and I'm glad she did! The food was incredibly tasty and very reasonably priced. While the ambiance isn't necessarily stunning, I noticed that most customers seemed to opt for take-out. The staff were friendly and served us quickly. If you're in the mood for authentic Hawaiian cuisine, this spot is definitely worth checking out!
Food was decent and that’s it. Used to be better, but lately not so much. It wouldn’t even be that bad if service stayed decent too, but there’s been a big drop off in service. Ordering for pick up is hit or miss. I was in store just today and a woman behind me ordered 3 spam musubi’s, but only got two. When she asked, the lady said she only ordered 2. There are better places around for this type of food, but this isn’t bad.
Food is great but service is lacking. They are extremely rude about sauces and tried to upsell me unless I had cash. I asked for 3 Sriracha packets for my plate and she refused. She gave me one.
Called in and asked for a couple things several different times for my orders and they didn’t do what I had asked. I also called in to ask a question for DoorDash and was hung up on Reserva una mesa ahora
