I visited LT dining hall today for the Sunday carvery for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. The selection of roast meats, including a vegetarian option, was served by the staff at the counter. The self-service options included roast potatoes, parsnips, boiled and mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrots, peas, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, and a variety of condiments. All of this for only £7.95 was amazing. There were also dessert options available, but I was too full to try them. My Mum, on the other hand, tried the bread and butter pudding and was served an incredibly large portion with self-serve cream. I will definitely be returning, and next time I may opt to take a dessert to go...
After spending the weekend visiting family, we were in search of a carvery before heading home. Our rental apartment host recommended this restaurant, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The food was reasonably priced, delicious, and perfect for our group of 8 ranging from ages 7 to 74. The carvery style meant no waiting to be served, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
Choice of 3 meats. Hand carved. Generous portions. The vegetables great choice and well cooked. Excellent Gravy. Cannot fault. Had a pudding on this occasion. Crumble and custard but many sweets available. Again particularly good. Unfortunately the pictures were taken after we had started eating but thought would include.
We had a carvery here on Mother's Sunday. A good choice of meat, well cooked and a variety of vegetables. Sweet also available. There is no need to reserve a table but I would suggest arriving early on busy times. Good price. Ideal for families. Very tasty food. We will definately return here again.

We appreciate the hospitality extended to our group during the training session. The University provided excellent service from the Administration to the Food. Highly recommended.
