I placed an emergency order from Lobster Gram on 1/6/22 for delivery to FL for 1/7/22, and I couldn 't have been happier. I 've been meaning to write this review all month. I had ordered live lobsters from a different company in Maine for my mom 's 80th birthday in early January basically a week in advance. After getting no delivery confirmation, I had called that other company on Jan 5 the original date of my delivery and they said they would be a day late due to shipping problems. Ok, I thought. Her birthday is on the 6th, so I had the wiggle room. The 6th came and still no confirmation so I called and was told my order was not going to go out for another 4 5 days. we have purchased their products over the past several years as gifts for holidays and other special occasions and have generally been quite pleased with the items delivered. HOWEVER, in December 2021, I responded to the company 's emails, urging me to order early in order to ensure that my desired items could be delivered in time for Christmas. Shortly after we placed our order, we received emails about sales on the items we 'd just purchased. When we contacted Customer Service about this issue, they failed to respond. You tell me to plan on eating lobster the day it arrives and then you charge $50 shipping but cheep out on your end with anytime delivery at 9 pm. So for $220 you guys cut corners to save pennies. Very poor business plan. I will do all I can do to discourage everyone I can find from buying from you. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and you missed that. You are in the service business and this is poor service. Reply to Reply I was not told when I ordered, no mention of extra service as the order taker was confused. The $6 would have been a great option had it been offered. Still not happy. Now 5:30 with no delivery, you show to be closed so now I have to take my guests...

Customer Service at lobstergram.com treated me like I was important! (Imagine a business that thinks customers are important!! I was concerned regarding an unpleasant odor issue with a recent order of frozen lobster tails. I sent an email to customer service asking if it is possible for frozen tails to be spoiled? Customer Service replied I will send you some new tails. When would you like them delivered? We exchanged a few details confirming the order. Today (as scheduled , new lobster tails were delivered and these were well frozen and odorless. Ordered gift for family member. Selected overnight shipping. Nothing on the website explains that overnight means could get it at 9 pm and at this point, I 'm hoping for even that. When I call, I 'm told I should have selected priority overnight. I tried their website again nothing on the buying page tells you the difference. If you click the shipping link, you get a bad link. When I tried to track the order on their webpage, I got a 404. Their customer service rep was unhelpful and unsympathetic when I called, basically saying it was my fault. The only thing worse then their representative is their website 's design. Will not buy from this company again. It 's back to Goldbelly for me.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I certainly would. My experience was incredibly disappointing, largely due to their unhelpful customer service. I placed an order on December 11th, and they assured me that they had contacted shipping and everything was set to arrive on Christmas Eve. However, the tracking link they provided was broken, and ultimately, my order never arrived. We were left without the seafood we had anticipated. That's over $600 wasted... completely useless. Even now, there's no tracking information, no updates—nothing at all. Save your money and avoid disappointment this Christmas.

I received two shipments, and both times, the lobsters arrived dead. I’m not interested in trying for a third shipment; I just want a refund. This was meant to be my Christmas dinner and a special treat for myself. I placed my order three weeks in advance, but the first delivery arrived two days after Christmas. The replacement shipment was quicker, but unfortunately, it still contained dead lobsters. This was my first experience with ordering live lobsters online, and I think it will also be my last. I can get them alive at the grocery store.

Sadly 3 of 6 tails came not properly cleaned with green stuff very apparent on them . It was appetite killing . I wouldn't normally care and would just clean them but when we spend over a hundred dollars I don't expect this ! Reserva una mesa ahora

I've received gifts from Lobster Gram several times, and they never let me down. Everything always arrives on time, and all the items are fresh and delicious. The directions are also easy to follow.
