I was completely misled by the photos on Yelp. The prices were extremely high, and the food served was old and cold. The buns were stale and dry, the chowder was too salty, cold, and lacked any substance. We ordered the surf and turf roll, but the steak tasted off and was overcooked to mask the flavor. The mac and cheese was equally disappointing, lacking taste and clearly sitting out for a while. I truly support local businesses, but this restaurant was a major letdown. They really need to improve their food if they want to stay in business. I woke up with an upset stomach the next day.

It's a little bit of a maze to get to the restaurant and the dine in areas are a little small. Service was fine without umbrage but did not underwhelm.My salad with lobster was smallish and lobster was in proportion to the smallish salad, maybe 3-4 ounces. It was steamed and moist and tasted ok. Not great and not poor but ok. It was not seasoned but I used the balsamic dressing--it did the trick. The ambiance was hole-in-the-wall-ish with somewhat dim lighting and hard chairs and wood tables.
A friend and I were craving lobster rolls, so we decided to order several from this place. We placed our order online and picked it up, and it was ready just in time for us. The chowder was delicious—I'm regretting not ordering a larger size! We also got a few lobster rolls and a lobster grilled cheese, which were just okay. They were slightly overcooked and lacked seasoning. Despite that, I've heard great things about the restaurant, so I plan to give it another try.

We had lunch here, and it was fantastic. The lobster was fresh, expertly prepared, and absolutely delicious. We tried the lobster bisque, a cold lobster roll, a hot lobster roll, and lobster tacos, and we enjoyed every dish. The restaurant also offers a great selection of beers, and the staff was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. Definitely check it out—you won’t be disappointed!
As others have mentioned, if you enter from Greenwich Avenue, the restaurant has a bit of an office building vibe. However, there's also a back entrance next to CVS. Once you arrive, the decor is absolutely stunning. The food is fantastic. Having grown up in the area, I've tried many lobster rolls, and these rank among the best. I highly recommend checking this place out!
Stopped by for a late lunch with the family. Kids loved the grilled cheese and Mac n' cheese. Mom and Dad loved the Lobster Rolls and Clam Chowder. Highly recommend!
There was hardly anyone there, which is probably why the rolls were so poorly made. They barely had anything in them. I definitely won't be coming back.

Mediocre at best lobster roll. I did not try any other dishes so I cannot comment. I will not be back again.
The best lobster rolls in Connecticut! My favorite is the California roll!
