Encouraged by commendable comments, we book for dinner. Beautiful setting, smiling welcome! Very engaging menus. The appetizer is a little disappointing, but good, let's go... One hour later, the first entrance so hoped! Nice presentation, gaspacho well noted with a somewhat disappointing caponata. Second entrance, crab-opened ravioli with almond (sea) ice. In all very good dishes but: there is one but. Very minimalist portions even our two young people spring with hunger. Yet we have eat several small pieces of very good bread served for two in a kind of 3 different flies for two I don't understand the delirium. I would have preferred one by one person but good. 3-course menu very good but it’s really not hearty plus 9€ for half a small lobster should not do more than 120 gr. It's too bad. Failures of service including the not put on the right side, no brief table there is still a lot of work .... Second test three months later a very good first. The level is always good but the quality of the gastro part is a little down (less taste, less relevant flavors agreement) and that of the service also (longer with a little lack of presence). This establishment remains very pleasant to attend and will undoubtedly rectify these details,

The restaurant is located in the pretty village of Lautrec. In an old house well appointed and well decorated with a nice patio in summer. Working lunch to celebrate the arrival of the holiday. Very nice lunch menu. We've been enjoying ourselves.

Yesterday we were 5 adults we ate in this restaurant Franchement everything was delicious from beginning to end A real delight!!! Are those who make such unfavourable notices paid to do so? What do they eat at home? In any case we will return!!!

A very good address in the city of Lautrec and around Castres. Nice decor in a medieval house full of kidneys and surprises. An inventive kitchen full of gustative surprises. A nice wine card. To spend a very good evening go!

We just had a very good time. In a nice setting we enjoyed original and very good dishes. We had with very good wines the very well explained. The chief listens to his clients. To consume without moderation.

Refined kitchen for a reasonable price. Nice decoration. A nice discovery. A small tablecloth would not have devastated pleasure.
