Local Cantina - Reserva de mesa

We used to live close to another Local Cantina and had our weekly date nights there. We are always a fan of the food, the beer selection, and the house made margaritas. This Local Cantina shares those good things but has pretty consistently slow service. However, the people are friendly and it's in a great location, so we'll still hit it up from time to time. They did mess up my order this time but that isn't the norm and they fixed it quickly. On the whole, if you're in the mood for some chips and salsa, a few good tacos, and a beer, maybe a little outdoor seating and fresh air, Local Cantina is a great stop at any of their locations.

We had a great experience at this restaurant on Taco Tuesday! The deal was very nice. The salsa was tasty, and the guacamole was made fresh to order. We really liked the self-serve chips, what a brilliant idea. We tried the carnitas, shrimp, and chicken tinga tacos, all of which were delicious. My wife enjoyed the brisket, carne asada, and Hong Kong Phooey (chicken with pineapple salsa) tacos. She loved all of them. We're already planning on going back next Tuesday with our daughter and her family. The staff were cool and even though it was a busy game day, they stayed on top of everything.

I think having a chip and salsa station is brilliant. The menu has a lot of options, but I decided to go with tacos because it was Taco Tuesday. The happy hour specials were great and I enjoyed the food. Despite the crowded restaurant, the service team was excellent at keeping everyone's drinks filled and making sure everyone had enough to eat. I will definitely be coming back on Tuesdays for the brisket tacos with tequila and Sprite.

This is a great spot to grab some tacos with a good variety of choices. Just a short distance from German Village, so it's convenient to visit other restaurants nearby. They offer outdoor seating and roll-up doors when the weather is pleasant. I tried the burrito bowl and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable and the parking is adequate, just be prepared to walk a bit. I highly recommend this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service is very promoted. Even though they are busy. The food is good. I had the baritone bowl with fish. The greens were quite nice. Tasted like cabbage and other greens, slight taste of cilantro. Very nice. The sauce was a bit spicy. But if added to the greens along with the avocado, very very nice. Spicy but muted. I enjoyed it. I hope you do to.

Delicious Mexican food! They as a sauce there I’ve never had called “baby spice” it was a green sauce with a little sweet heat kick. Also have a self serve chips and salsa bar so you can pig out on chips and salsa and never run out. Food was delicious, I highly recommend the Mexican Street Corn.

Taco Tuesday was a win at this restaurant! The tacos were fantastic and such a great deal at only $2 each. The Americano was a classic and delicious choice, but the Nashville hot dish was outstanding.

My favorite local spot to grab a beer. Free Chips and Salsa. GM always makes it a point to say hello and chat. $1 PBR. Great selection of craft beers for $3 Happy hour. This is my spot!

We visited this restaurant on Father's Day and it was fantastic! I really appreciate that they bring out chips and salsa themselves, it makes everything so much easier for everyone.
