They didn't scrimp on the amount of cheese or the quality. The chocolate cake with Grenache was delicious. I like that they not only recycle, but also compost. Fun experience."

Oh, my God! The food was amazing. decided to stop for lunch. I got the Louisiana fried chicken, my boss got the veggie lasagna, we both got the case Squash Mac n cheese. The fried chicken was fantastic. Perfectly crisp on the outside and the inside was incredibly juicy. The sauce she had on the side of the chicken was first a sweet, delicate taste and the aftertaste is this powerful delicate spice that made me run my nose! My boss said that her veggie lasagna was also amazing! The food is not even the best. Everything that is not eaten is composted! There is a reason that this facility has such a high rating and is silly for anyone who does not have 5 stars. I'm back! Thank you to the friend...
I rarely see that a restaurant this highly rated both on Yelp and Google, so I had to try it out. I am very grateful for the reviews. After all, everything I care about is food. I am not familiar with the label of review restaurants, so I will assume that I compare those of a similar price range. I had the smoked round steak with fried potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The steak was really good, mostly delicate and tasteful. The potatoes were diceed and roasted deep. What is that? The vegetables were good and fresh, but I prefer to cook longer (softer). I know. Wow! What an amazing find. I think this is my new favorite place to eat a weekend. Amazing service and food. We all suffered our food. Some of the best food I've ever had. The marriage of taste was carefully considered and prepared for my bratwurst with sauerkraut and sweet cucumber relish. I also had a cup of creamy broccoli, the freshly cracked pepper inside and was an amazing mix of cheesy and creamy, but not too much on both quality. Very good! Hidden jewel!
Really good food, love that it is from nearby farms! Really great that you can also buy the meat and eggs there. Potatoes were amazing. They recycle or compost everything they don't wash. I think they're still working on the ambience, looking a little like peasant market meets cafeteria. Great that you have a fast glass of local kombucha they have on design. Price is reasonable for local food, we have average about $15 per person
