Entrancing!!! I have been to the Locanda il Gatto rosso several times during my stay in Fuerteventura. The menu enhances the cuisine of southern Italy with typical products of the area such as goat cheese and fish. As soon as you enter, you immediately perceive the secret ingredient that characterizes the Locanda: a family atmosphere where the passion and attention of the two owners is reflected in the faces of the ecstatic customers. We discovered this restaurant on our last vacation and were already enthusiastic in September last year. This year in May we were there again and were again very impressed by the almost daily changing menu and the immensely friendly owner couple. After my wife made a mistake when ordering on our first visit this year, we have enjoyed the delicacies and the atmosphere on our subsequent visits. You can feel the passion of the owner couple every time. The chef's love for his food and the waitress' passion for being everywhere at once. We stayed last month one evening when on holiday in Fuerteventura. Small and pleasant environment, really excellent and quality raw materials, personally I find that the dishes are generally cooked in a simple way and not too seasoned, to enhance the flavor of the raw materials. Anna and Giovanni are very helpful and take the time to talk to customers. The price is slightly higher than others tried in the area, but absolutely adequate for the quality.
