We dined at 5:30 pm Saturday night in a booth. First our waitperson brought the wrong wine. A member of our party ordered Decoy Chardonnay and was given a different wine. We sent it back. Our appetizer calamari special wasn't good because the calamari were soggy. Our house salads were unremarkable. The breadsticks were just okay. The service was slow. At 6:30 the restaurant became very busy and extremely noisy. The acoustics are poor. Our entrees were excellent. Unfortunately, our waitperson struck again and mixed up the checks and credit cards between the two couples. We have dined here many times but the service has never been this poor. La piccata de pollo era buena, pero la ensalada de bistec tenía cinco cubitos de bistec y la ensalada estaba hecha de lechuga iceberg, tres rodajas de tomate, cuatro rodajas de pepino y quizás una onza de queso Gorgonzola. The food was awesome, our waitress, Mary/Maria, was on point and the atmosphere was welcoming. The only issue I encountered was the restroom was not up to par. When mentioned to the staff they got right on it. Overall I did enjoy the experience at Loccino. So much so that I decided to have my birthday dinner here.
Just visited again yesterday with my wife. It’s our go to for a quiet romantic dinner with excellent food and waitstaff. Yesterday was louder because of a lot of kids being there after a school dance but that’s unusual. Affordable food that is Super Tasty.

It took a very long time for our food to come out. When it did it sat for a while it wasn’t fresh. Slow service. Didn’t come back till after we were almost done. Very expensive for the type of service we received.
Great food and service but so loud and noisy, struggled to talk with my guests. Wasn't expecting that on a weekday night so it was disappointing. Might try again and ask for a secluded section.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE Vinnie he was outstanding... he's just as valuable s the food! Food was very good... our group of four truly we enjoyed it and our time there
Easy location to access, great selection of seafood, salads, steak, and of course pasta! Top notch service.

Loccino is amazing. From the maitre'd to the wait staff, the experience was amazing from start to finish.
Great meal and amazing service. We will be back. Recommend chicken Marsala.
