OH MY GOD AMAZING What more can I say, the service and the food were impeccable, the staff are very attentive, knowledgeable with info about the food and the wines to accompany the dishes, courteous, caring, and really take a pride in their roles, the kitchen staff have excellent attention to detail and know how to cook, the food we had was exemplary, cooked to perfection, not every chef can do a steak rare, most overcook it even if it’s just a tiny bit, but my steak on the surf and turf was cooked to perfection, the chimichuri with with the surf and turf was fresh and tangy with just the right amount of chillies, the monks fish tail wrapped in pancetta was moist and dried out like most chef...
I haven't been to Loch Fyne in years, but I went on a Wednesday night and was surprised by how quiet it was. The menu had too many dishes with white sauces and white fish, I would have preferred more mackerel and oily fish with spicy sauces. I ended up ordering the cod and chips, which was okay but the chips were thickly sliced. I gave this restaurant a partial rating because I had a discount through the AA and we were seated immediately but the service was a bit rushed.
can not praise jacques enough, we all had such a wonderful evening, we were greeted by a beautiful young lady named olivia who showed us on our table, service was exceptional, and I think the dame that was served during the evening hannah, I personally think she is a credit of jacques, as she knew exactly when to check if we needed to bring big foods and if the food was just going to eat
We came to this restaurant for dinner and were promptly greeted at the door. We were assisted by the manager, Gia, who was very knowledgeable and professional. Following her recommendation, we tried the fishcake mussels, which were delicious and a credit to the chefs. Overall, we had a very pleasant evening.

Lovely food the Thai fish curry was superb and the Meagre Fillet excellent. Service superb and Ludwig the manager very welcoming and efficient, as always. A great atmosphere in this restaurant.

I've eaten with a friend last Saturday and it was nice. the staff was friendly, eating came fast and it was delicious.
