Loch Quay - Reserva de mesa

I went to this restaurant for the second time on a Thursday evening for a girls' night out. We were the only ones there. The food was well-prepared, but I was not a fan of the 10% service charge automatically added to the bill. The vegetarian options were very limited. Parking is available at a public car park about 5 minutes away, but it can be difficult to find a space when there is a production at the nearby theatre. The service was average.

Every time I have visited the service and attentiveness has been very good. The food has been really good. On this occasion we felt a little bit ignored and underwhelmed by the whole experience. Staff not very eager to chat or check in with us. Never noticed or said goodbye when we left.

This was my second visit to Lock Quay in Christchurch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is really tasty and well cooked. I am a vegetarian and quite fussy and I always find something tasty to eat . I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a brilliant time. Everyone was very welcoming to our family (child friendly). The food was excellent particularly the mussels. Thank you so much for a lovely and tasty dinner!
