Today we wanted to make dinner in the hole-builder during a walk through the Vogtland forests. it had rained a little before. We haven't seen the service forever. then we asked if we could eat outside, what was chased. there were 5 other guests in our future, we thought someone would come to us quickly. it took 20 minutes before the operation came to the table in completely inappropriate shorts. on the side table stood still dirty plates and glasses from before the rain. after the service had received our order, was fought inside in Hungarian language. the dirty schirr remained at the side table and also our with light splashes from the rain wet table was left as he was - wet. since after 30...
we celebrated this summer our high-time in the Lochbauer, and were with the "Al inclusive exclusiw package" we booked around to satisfy. Of the also offered "al in one inclusive" (without sedentary schnapps and cocktails) I would rather guess off , that is what for the geiz is geil liga the get after then the bill. all around : the advice (including a 3 course menu) ,the rich drink selection a great buffet and the dreamy location make the hole maker for celebration to the perfused location .
I came here years ago during a bike tour and was enthusiastic about the idyllic situation. Today we have just briefly turned into a coffee. the plastic tent unfortunately does not fit the rest of the building ensemble, which looks very idyllic. my hot chocolate lay in me until the evening in the sweet and had a little strange resistance to drink {from a not quite clean cup). the ice chocolate of my partner consisted of chocolate with water crystals and probably didn't taste so great.
combined:unfitting staff, miserable service. bad eating served with a half hour late. previously mentioned prices regarding overnight/rooms were simply doubled. the celebration was planned in oral agreement with the chef's wife last month. because the woman was no longer existent at the time of the celebration in the inn, we had no person to whom we could call. so we paid this overpriced event and drove too deeply annoyed and disappointed home, with which we know: never again!

the lochbauer from the far away an absolute hingucker. otherwise, the restaurant almost empty on the tables still the dirt edges of the glasses of the guests before us and of those before them. the service appeared in clothes with fat stains. prices are far away from any reality in this region. after a short waiting period of approx. 40 minutes we had our beautiful expensive beer. you can only recommend. never again lochbauer
eating in itself is quite fat. of four ordered foods were only brought two and these were also so far apart that one was already finished when the other court came. after an hour waiting came to the demand where the other dishes remain only one "oh, I forgot. but mistakes happen. absolutely uncharmant and no readiness to a culinary solution. Not really cheap for that.
tasty and versatile dining offer at very plentiful portions. drink selection sufficient for children as well as for adults. hosting by attentive employees especially commendable. very nicely we felt the overnight opportunities for families in the house. can only recommend the hole builder.
today we wanted to be friends in the restaurant lochbauer. it was a catastrophe. completely overpriced prices, an overwhelmed, unfriendly service .after twenty minutes waiting time still no order abandoned. our conclusion... coffee cabinets at home and never again hole builders.

the gasthof lochbauer advertises with the title: "vogtlands most beautiful beergarten" - not too wrong. wonderfully situated on the elsterwanderweg, a pacifistly restored timberyard - and super-weather service.
allletzer service. zero of 10 points. extremely stupid. you can't even change a supplement. waiter unfriendly service overwhelmed. who celebrates his high season should only expect the worst.
