we were coming for a company start in the lion homeiswil. the apéro in the old wine cellar was impressive - also because we were allowed to get the wine directly from the cellar! - there were excellent bounces, cheese öckli and fine sausages. quiet, yet not so far from burgdorf, very nice local with great tradition. beautiful map with classic, but also innovative new things. we had this time bernerplatte, which was very good.
