El restaurante tiene una arquitectura de cabaña Suiza, adentro el ambiente es agradable. El personal muy amable y natural. Este mes pude probar la carne de ciervo y de venado. La carne muy sabrosa y cocinada en un buen punto, ya que es complicada de cocinar para que salga tierna, cocida pero que no se pase. Acompañada de una salsa típica que estaba muy rica y que no era demasiado pesada, con guarnición de coll rojo, y 4 bolas de una especie de coll bebe verde, el plato también venia con marronis asados que suele ser muy típico en el otoño, pera y melocotón. Para finalizar la guarnición en un plato aparte venia una pasta fresca, llamadas Spätzli. Estaban riquisimos. Lo acompañamos de un vino...
the interieur recalls typical farms of the 80s. the ambiente was not particularly pleased, here is the time really stopped...In contrast, the beiz was rappelvoll, young, old, simple from all groups were representatives present -a good sign!We ordered salat and the pork chop, once panned with pommes, the other nature with sweetening. the salate was fresh, the sauce delicious. the main dishes were steaming hot, even after 5 minutes! the 8 different vegetables were beautifully presented and tastefully impeccable. both of them are unfortunately somewhat salted and a trace overgroomed.For our taste, the offer was too hard to smoke, so it was rather a bit one-sided.Repeat factor moderate!
so that we could follow the invitation of the Zssw central Swiss snow sports association in time, we stayed at the hotel landgasthof löwen. a quiet room, from the main road, nice spacious spaces for speis and drank. as we had eaten out to the evening, we enjoyed at least that dessert in lion, and we were able to determine the high level the dips had at the side tables. next time, we'll probably enjoy a lead. at desserts not always only the usual sorbet pruneau made a lot of culinary fun. and by the way: even the breakfast can be seen quite well, 130 franken for the double room with breakfast is absolutely fair, because the rooms are relatiw large, very clean and tidy!
with friends here for dinner. all had a 3 courses menue which were very well received and served in generous portions. the quality did not suffer in this case. cordonbleu is highly recommended. price performance super! in cut costs a main course here 25-35Fr. restaurant is quite chic, personal friendly. this evening many people had to pay to wait a little longer. we come back and can recommend the restaurant further! :) Reserva una mesa ahora
