Logan's Roadhouse

I would like to respond to the (courtney H) evaluation of our previous experience, which was really bad. 2 weeks ago we didn't want to do anything with this restaurant after they had crushed our Burger order twice. but thanks to the actions of the owner and des managers melissa, we decided to try again. this time they gave us a great steak dinner for both of us to make up for the fiasko we had with the burgers from the previous order. I would like to thank melissa for her professionalism and make sure that we take care of it and that the order was right. she deserves a raise in salary. I would also like to add that the owner of the restaurant takes care of these reviews. very rarely, every owner reacts to the “reviewer” via filling orders. as a guy who has several negative reviews of several places, I was surprised that they seem to be going to make steps to improve the service. As long as melissa is here, I think they are going in the right direction.

We went here for dinner and the service we had was good but the food was not. My dad's steak was not cooked all the way. He ordered it medium and it was still red inside and I ordered the original roadies and they were so greasy I couldn't even eat them. The macaroni and cheese and potato soup were good but if you want a good steak go to Texas Roadhouse instead. Now I know why this place is never too busy.

Service was excellent. However, the steaks were not what they used to be ... our medium done steaks were chewy and dry. The appetizer we ordered was too well deep fried. The mash potatoes tasted like cheep box instant potatoes. I give 3 stars for the excellent staff service only.

Loaded potatoes were great certainly the ribeye Steak medium rare well made deluxe burger with buffalo Waffle fries so delicious super server brittan was superb enjoyed the food atmosphere was great too not too crowded since it was pretty much late lunch

We had a pretty good meal and wanted to rate 4 stars however 3 of 4 people in our party were missing sides when our food arrived. Did not receive them until we were done eating. And yes I'm sure they were short staffed like most restaurants today.
