Up until receiving our ticket to pay, everything was great. I mean, not a one complaint... until we where brought two tickets back, one which was not our and was told the system glitches and ran your payment twice however I voided the second payment out which should fall off your card statement in a few days . Now, a few issues I have are: 1. It 's Memorial weekend 2. The second ticket was a completely different amount than our ticket and higher, so there is no way a GLITCHING system duplicated the payment that wasn 't duplicated 3. Brittney, the waitress threw the info at us so fast then turned around and walked off, and we were never able to get her attention again(Being Avoided) 4. Never...
Worst place ever! We came in with a party of 14.....but another party was in front of us that had around 14 too (they got seated right away). Other party was waiting on others, while our whole party was waiting......as I overheard one of the host saying to the waiter that that she dont care about us, she is taking care of her people first! We waiter about 40 minutes and never got seated, but another group of 5 came in and got sat right away! That 's when we ask the host, What is going on? She replies that there isn 't a waiter that can assist us.....then she went to the back and came to tell us another 10 to 15 minutes....let me remind you, it was about closing time! The place was empty but...
Food was pretty good- steaks cooked to perfection and our server was friendly, attentive, and welcoming(I believe his name was Jeremy- he was great). Honestly the only complaint I have is about the restroom. Trash was scattered about, paper towel dispenser was broken, cleaning supplies just stuffed in the corner by the sink. I've been to McDonald's with better bathrooms ? this one just seemed rather run down/outdated in general-even if it had been maintained properly. That being said- outside of the bathroom, or experience was great ?? ?

I want to Logan's I had to stand there for a while to be seated . Once I was seated the waitress serves me very quickly. I place my order I got the country fried steak . It was hot and fresh. One of my sides I ordered which is the mac and cheese was horrible but I got it replaced with the steam broccoli and it was very good . Other than having to wait to be seated and a bad back and cheese my experience at Logan's was okay
Went in to try to to get food. Other parties that came in after were seated first. These were similar size parties. Greeter was more interested in playing on his phone than addressing customers. Multiple parties left without being seated. This was around 4pm. Many tables were empty. Additional staff arrived and still not many parties were seated. Would not recommend if food is expected from your visit.
I understand being short staffed, but they took my waitress and put her to work in the kitchen which left me waiting 25 mins for my food. Appetizer and entree came out at the same time after I had to ask for it. My waitress was really nice and doing the best she could but this was not a great experience. Will not be returning until they can get some more help and better their service.
This was my fourth time coming here, and will be my last!!! My husband wanted to come here for his birthday. He ordered chicken Sausage pasta and I ordered a hamburger his order immediately came out, mine came out about 15 minutes later. The fries were not hot the bun was dry and hard! The only thing that tasted good was the meat

I came with a large party of 15 people. I understand that it was hard. 15 people is a lot but to completely forget a persons order and not come back is sad. I had to go to the front desk to ask for my tables waiter several times. I also had to go to the bartender to ask for straws and silverware. Very disappointed
