The dinner at the Logis de Cadène allowed me to discover Chef Thibaut Gamba, who offers a colourful and delicate cuisine at a time. This benevolent and demanding man in the choice of his products perfectly masters the accuracy of his cooking. I will only make a eg remark the sauces must sublimate the dishes and not drown them.to achieve a perfect balance in the dishes. Chef Thibaut just arrived at the Logis just a week ago and the work done is remarkable.
What a moment! from the front door to our departure, everything was only happy with the eyes and taste buds. We had, my husband and I, an inspiration menu in time. Magic moments! a special thanks to the chef and his team for having adapted my vegetarian delight menu. Nothing to envy my husband's. Thank you to the reception teams, at the service, in the kitchen. everything is perfect, elegant and pleasant. What a beautiful place!
A very beautiful hotel ideally located in the heart of the village. An excellent breakfast. I have rarely eaten smoked salmon this good. Besides, if the manager can tell me who he gets his supplies from . Be careful of people driving 100% electric. The village only has one terminal and it was broken! Which is unfortunate for such a busy place! This can create a good dose of Stress

This is the most charming, friendly unique place to stay. The restaurant dining experience is top notch and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. Very easy to navigate for non French speaking people as well. Can’t wait to return
