!!! very unpleasant staff doesn't even bother to look at you when you're talking! We booked a room for 2 adults and a child, in the end we find ourselves in a bed. No one has found us a solution, on the contrary, we are taken up as we were monsters. The least of things when you work with customers is to be kind! really very bad experience my husband found himself sleeping on the ground!! For a room at €100 I find it unacceptable and especially when I open the bed and find traces on the bed sheets! It’s just unacceptable if you’re tired as you told us to change your profession!
We want to thank the whole team for their welcome, kindness and love of their profession. they are the force of proposal in the choice of dishes and adapt to customers even when I ask for a new cooking. the dishes are excellent of very good products. astonished but delighted to see the price of the menus that are more than reasonable in view of the served dishes. Thank you!
