Honestly, it was a disappointment. The cafe itself is charming and nicely decorated, but that’s where the positives end. The prices were way too high for the quality of the food. My friend tried to order a salad, but they didn’t have any. Then she asked for soup, and that wasn’t available either. She finally settled on a smoothie costing nearly $9, which was unpleasant and full of seeds. I ordered a waffle, and it was the worst I’ve ever had—dry and falling apart with every bite. I spent $18 on a waffle and lemonade, which is outrageous, especially since I ended up throwing away most of it. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. I truly enjoy almost everything about Lokal Coffee. The space features high ceilings and tasteful decor, with cozy seating and soothing yet engaging background music. Of course, the coffee—and other beverages—are excellent, and the menu offers a variety of light, healthy dishes. Lokal Coffee stands out as an independent spot, not a generic chain. There are always a few interesting books to browse through. The staff is consistently polite, and the place is always clean and inviting. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing coffee break or a casual meal that tastes great and feels wholesome. For vegetarians, they have plenty of satisfying options.
We had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, we left feeling quite let down. The coffee was served cold, and the milk seemed spoiled. The salad was minimal, consisting of just a few leaves, and the pancake resembled more of a piece of bread than an actual pancake. We also noted that the interior was uncomfortably chilly, even though we were dressed in long sleeves, but the staff appeared indifferent. The young owner refused to turn off the air conditioning or even adjust the temperature. Overall, the service left much to be desired, with the staff not displaying even a hint of friendliness. I won't be coming back.
The staff is extremely unwelcoming. The cashier at the registered said if you want to complain there is no manager here before we even had a chance to say anything. If that doesn 't say something about the lack of customer service, I don 't know what will. The other cashier tried to deter us from ordering food by telling us it is a 40 minute wait. Meanwhile there was only three tables occupied and they all had their food. THIS IS THE MOST UNWELCOMING UNAPPRECIATIVE STAFF EVER.

Went here yesterday and got a creamy fruit bowl, it came out very fast. When I opened the lid of the bowl I smelt the fresh yogurt and fruits. Whoever made my order also made a smiley face which was very cool! Seeing all of the bad reviews on herereally scared me at first, but there are a ton of phony?s sadly looking to ruin small companies lives. Thank you lokal coffeefor the food and nice visit, will come again!????
This is a cool place surprised I haven't been here before being on the local ?Being I'm a big coffee buff and love my lattes I have to say that this one is really good. The coffee beans they use are really high quality without a doubt. At my home I order coffee beans roast it and mailed to me si I think I know a little bit about good coffee.
The staff members are so cool here! And the atmosphere matches their vibe as well. Was browsing around Google for a place to grab a quick coffee. Came here and ended up trying their banana smoothie with almond milk an almond danish and loved em. Hadto try the iced brown sugar oat milk latte too. Definitely coming back for more of that!
Sub par food for above average price. Bacon and cheese omelet and vegan breakfast sandwich. The omelet wasn’t flavorful and the vegan sandwich (definitely the premade JustEgg) didn’t cover half of the brioche bun. Simply put, not the worst but not coming back.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

We enjoyed delicious blueberry pancakes that our 2-and-a-half-year-old niece absolutely loved. She was also fascinated by the vibrant wallpaper adorned with birds and flowers. Lokal Coffee is a wonderful place to dine, offering a spacious and kid-friendly environment with comfortable seating.
Smoothie was nice but price listed on blackboard was $6.95 and the paper menu was $7.95. Omelette was borderline inedible because it was burnt. Definitely not worth the $13.95 price tag for something of such poor quality.
