After a very long day of sightseeing went 3 vegans on the look for a healthy vegan dinner. the vegan restaurant where we wanted to eat on this Sunday evening had already closed its doors. we were told by the waiting team in another nearby restaurant that there was no possibility to make even his vegetarian options vegan. when we stopped in the lokkonta meze barbecue to cross her menu, one of the staff came to the way to help us. we decided to give the restaurant an attempt, and we were not disappointed! our waiting person, kayra, explained and suggested vegan cold meze for a 6 Meze plate. he also recommended the nice kebab cellar. the dishes were served with pita brot, and both were deliciou...

I came here for the first time with a group of friends, it was recommended to be a really nice place. I have to say the food was really good, we opted for the platter for 4 and I can honestly say they are not shy with the portion (the pictures will show this to). The meats were very well spiced and tender. If you do like you’re ribs do try them here as they are particularly nice as well as the Adana Kebab. Also the bread is really nice especially with the hummus, I could eat it all day! We did find it pretty hard to finish it all off but the restaurant was more then happy to pack it all up for us. I loved the food here. The portions were very generous. The taste was top notch. The takeaway menu was comprehensive but varied. I ordered a portion of baklava on top of my dinner and it was perfect. The staff were very accomodating and took care of all their patrons regardless of how busy they were. My only regret is that I didn't dine-in which is my fault.
