Really wanted to like this place! The meat paella and garlic mushrooms were great and the service was overall really good and attentive. The only reason i knocked off stars is because we intentionally ordered a mahi mahi only ceviche and were brought one mixed with shrimp. I have a severe shellfish allergy, so after examining it for like 2 minutes I asked our waitress to please return it as I was 99% confident it had shrimp in it. She came back a few moments later and said that it only comes mixed and i let her know that I couldn't eat it then but it was just frustrating to know that if I hadn't been paying close attention I could have easily gone into anaphylactic shock as a result of them...

We live in the neighborhood and made an outdoor reservation for two. We walked from our home to the restaurant. When we arrived and waited at the host stand, we noticed that a walk-in party of two was seated outside without a reservation. However, when we checked in, the host informed us that there was no outdoor seating available and that we would need to be seated indoors. I mentioned that we were willing to wait for our reserved outdoor table, but he insisted that we had booked a standard indoor table, rather than an outdoor one. I showed him the reservation that clearly indicated we had requested outdoor seating. He then blamed OpenTable, claiming they didn’t allow reservations for outdo...

It's easy to overlook this restaurant, and that's a damn shame. The chef is spectacular. The wait staff is helpful and attentive. We had a group of 6 and enjoyed a variety of tapas (tropical crab, garlic shrimp, ceviche, calamari steak) and then some of us split a paella for the main course. The waitress helped us order family-style for efficiency. Others in our group ordered the salmon and the trout and said it was great. It's a small restaurant and only serves dinner so you should plan ahead. We are mega fans of seafood, so that's all we ordered, but they have duck and chicken on the menu as well. There was a heated patio space for outdoor seating, too. Byo alcohol, but they did have wine...

The open kitchen was a delightful touch, allowing us to watch the chefs at work as they prepared our meals. Speaking of the food, it was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot! Pat also noticed a stain on one of the plates just as he was serving it, demonstrating great attention to detail. The only downside was the state of the restroom. The floor and mirror were dirty, with hair and water spots visible in the sink. Additionally, it looked like someone had left a mess on the seat and floor. While I understand that it's a gender-neutral restroom and only one is available in such a small restaurant, it had just opened for the day, so it should have been in pristine conditi... This charming bodega is located in a shotgun house, featuring an open kitchen where you can watch the magic happen. The ceviche was absolutely delicious, bursting with citrus, shrimp, mahi-mahi, and accompanied by house-made chips. So tasty! I also sampled the Ajoblanco, a creamy cold almond soup that makes for a great appetizer or dessert option. Don’t miss the lamb stew! It’s spicy, rich, and truly delicious! While the paella is the restaurant's specialty and quite good, I found it a bit on the dry side; I was hoping for more of the flavorful, saucy juices that typically enrich the rice.

We ordered the seafood paella, but after just one bite, I noticed that the shrimp had not been deveined. I quickly sent it back. Despite a $125 bill for the other items we ordered, they still charged us $30 for the paella. There was no apology or offer to replace it – our waitress simply picked it up and walked away. I'm extremely disappointed!

We had an amazing experience! The ambiance was romantic, and the food was delicious—especially the Seafood Paella we ordered, with added vegetables as our main course. The service was fantastic too! We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner's mother from Houston, who was incredibly sweet and genuine. We will definitely be returning!

Crazy good seafood paella. Ceviche was amazing, mild and not overly citrusy. If you love garlic, the bread and aioli will impress you. Good selection of Spanish wines. Good cocktails that fit the restaurant?s vision. Definitely try the almond and nougat ice cream. We?ll be back! Reserva una mesa ahora

A friend recommended this restaurant, and I was thrilled to finally visit. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and helpful. The food was fantastic; I had the paella, and it was delicious with great presentation as well. I highly recommend this place!

Grilled calamari was delicious, forgot to take a photo of that. We ordered both Paellas and Fidevas, both are good. I like Fidevas more. Sitting along the street and having dinner, it was really nice.
