Lone Pine Gear Exchange

Finding the right ski boot was a super frustrating process for me, I bought 7 pairs before I found the right ones. If only I had known Lone Pine sooner! Caleb was extremely knowledgable and patient as he helped me try on multiple boots. He didn't make me feel rushed and was able to attend to multiple other people at the same time without compromising on the quality of customer service. And most importantly, the boots I bought were the first pair that allowed me to ski without pain.The vibes of this location and staff are incredible and the prices are cheaper than the other locations I tried. 10/10 recommend!

Good gear repair but I should have asked more questions on the price. I thought the price of my two zipper repairs would have been about $30-50 and it was $75. I wish they had given me an estimate or called with a price before doing the work. One of the items could have been replaced for the $30 they charged to fix the zipper and I would have bought a new item (it was an old cooler bag). It’s my own fault for not asking more questions. I like this shop and am glad there’s a place to fix gear, just be sure to get a cost estimate before fixing so you aren’t surprised.
