I've been a frequent customer since bagel cafe opened and although their food is very good it seems The staff can never get your order right. Today's order was very simple a number 4 which was supposed to be grilled chicken fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers and I asked for a lettuce wrap. The woman who Took my order started to prepare the order and asked if I wanted a whole wheat wrap and said no a lettuce wrap her response was oh yea. I recently visited LIBC Bellmore for the first time in a while and was shocked to see that a turkey and American cheese sandwich on a roll now costs $12.95. This price includes a minuscule side salad served in a tiny lidded cup holding just a teaspoon's worth. Charging over $13 for a few slices of turkey and a single slice of American cheese seems outrageous. I honestly can't understand how anyone would be willing to pay these prices. Absolutely love the bagels, cream cheeses, etc and the staff is absolutely wonderful most of the time... But I'd say a solid 90% of the time I get home and open my bag to find that my order is incorrect. I've even started writing down the order and handing it to them (not complicated, by the way 2 fried eggs with bacon and cheese on an everything bagel) and it's STILL wrong a good portion of the time. I'm torn, because I want to keep coming back, but it's extremely frustrating that I might as well just tell whoever is taking my order to just give me whatever they feel like making or come behind the counter to make sure they're making the correct order

Will never go there again. Sister in hospital so ordered food to be delivered to her home. Found out she was not being released that day, so called to cancelled. They told me to call Door Dash as they were they delivering? Never heard of this; even Door Dash said they should have cancelled. By the time I called Door Dash, the person just left so they couldn't cancel. Would have taken bagel store two minutes to help me, and I would have re-ordered for a later date. But instead the idiot hangs up on me? That's fine -tons of other bagel places in LI
The best bagels around. And the salads are great too. Classic tuna is a favorite of my family. They're always busy since everything is so good. The one issue I have is with some of the help. You wait on line, place your order, then then the guy who took your order will stand around chatting with his buddies for a good 5 minutes. It's happened to me way too often in this store. Ralph, the manager really needs to address this.
They offer the best bagels on Long Island. I've been coming here for years, and it's always been perfect. I've noticed some negative reviews, but those people clearly don't understand good food. There's a reason there's always a line out the door!
Very good bagels and food if you want to sit and eat you're on your own some kinda band camp going on and obviously they're regulars staff doesn't care what's going on there at all been in here several times and same thing get your food to go ..

I was quite disappointed with the bagel I had this morning. It cost $6, but there was hardly any cream cheese on it. I stopped here on a whim after passing by, but next time I’ll be opting for one of the other bagel shops in the area.
Ordered a chicken cutlet wrap. The chicken was so dry and overcooked. It was so overcooked that I almost broke my tooth biting into the cutlet. I only gave 1 star because I had to.
