Today, while running errands in town, I decided to stop in for a quiet lunch. The atmosphere was just as welcoming as before. The waiter was quite attractive, and I got so caught up in his charm that I forgot his name! Unsure of what to order, he kindly recommended a few dishes, and I ultimately went with the Soft Shell Crab special. It’s always fun to try something new. Thank you once again to the staff at Long Island Cafe for providing another delightful experience! I’m definitely going to be a loyal customer for life! (By the way, his name was Oliver—make sure to ask for him!)
Everything we had was fresh and delicious: the Caesar salad, lobster bisque, and grouper with crab in a prosecco lemon cream sauce were all outstanding! The coconut cake was as good as any in town. As a non-whisky drinker, I found the winter fizz cocktail to be exceptionally tasty. I can’t wait to return. All the staff were attentive and professional.
I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal I've had at Long Island Cafe! The food and service are exceptional! Thank you, Christiana and the team, for always making our visits unforgettable!
The oysters were delicious, and the service was friendly, although it took quite a while for our food to arrive. I loved the atmosphere, and the food was truly exceptional.

Wow! We had such a great meal tonight. This is a hidden gem on the island. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!
We had a fantastic birthday celebration! This has been my favorite restaurant ever since Christiana came to Long Island! We are regular visitors!
