This was yesterday 12-16-23. We pull in to park and most of the employees are outside to begin with. Customer service was trash the lobby was a mess there was trash still sitting on the tables as well as them needing to be wiped down. The bathrooms were not clean either. We ordered our food and as they are bringing it to us they forgot a piece of chicken that came with the meal we had gotten as well as messing someone else order up to. We all also got fries with our meals and they were like lukewarm and soggy. Trash can was full as well.
