Long John Silver's

We stopped in for a snack at the South Boston location of Long John's. The young man working the counter was exceptional. I cannot remember when I have experienced such outstanding customer service! He was polite, friendly, efficient, accommodating, and he smiled the whole time. He wasn't wearing a name badge, but let me tell you, this kid deserves a raise! The restaurant and bathroom were both very clean. The service was quick, and the food was good. I had an order of cheese bites, that were not bad. If you want a change of pace from the same old soggy burger, a trip to Long John's might be just right.

Ordered food asked could I get extra tartar sauce Britney said some at the bottom of the bag asked again I told her I would pay for extra she was telling another employee through the head set I wanted extra sauce. I said nevermind because I didn't think it would be a problem if I was paying for it. Refund my money and since I paid with a card it will take a couple of weeks to return. I asked her about seeing the manager and she said she was the manager because I wanted to call corporate she told her first name and she said she didn't have a last

I really meant to ask the name of the guy who served us. He was exceptionally friendly helpful! The way he took time with the elderly gentleman in front of us and a large party on one side of the restaurant was heartwarming! He is definitely an asset to their store! There was a section blocked off my husband said it was like that when they were there a month or so ago.

Not the type places people seem to frequent. My mother loved LJS. I enjoy a good platter once in a while. Some been good, some not. This is a good one. Wish you all still had pineapple cheese cake. I know when I see the man named Shawn/Sean/Shon (don’t know how he spells it lol) but I know when he working it’s going to be fresh and good! Nice cashier as well didn’t get his name.

I Love LJS Fish with the Malt Vinegar. The chicken is also good with the honey mustard. They have the best hush puppies. The staff is friendly and the food is hot and fresh.

5 STAR GOES TO THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAITED ON US, HE WAS VERY NICE POLITE, I BELIVE HIS NAME WAS ANDREW (HOPE I'M RIGHT). ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES COULD REALLY LEARN FROM HIM.
