I don't want to badmouth this place because I like the food, it's hot and fresh every time and quite good. Papa burger and the grilled Baja shrimp tacos are excellent. But the service is lacking. Employees are friendly but it seems like only one personamong them knows what they're doing. The dining area is generally a mess (I always take my order to go) there's rarely root beeravailable, they're usually out of it, drive thru has been closed for weeks at a time because of a lack of employees and it takesabout 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be ready even if there's no one else in the store. Drove up to the drive through and the drive through wasn 't working. Walked up to the front lobby and the doors were locked with a sign that said Lobby closed due to no staff . I could see the employees inside but no one came to open the door. Pull my vehicle right up to the drive through window and honked. Employee opens the window and says the drive through is closed (obviously). I ask how am I supposed to order food and she state to walk in the front door. They don't open until 10:30 in the morning, which feels quite late, and they close at 9:30, which is relatively early—especially when compared to Taco Bell, which is open from 7 am to 3 pm. This restaurant seems to be another casualty of the local oil boom, much like others in the area. The food is good, but be prepared to exercise some patience and double-check your bill. The cashier often doesn’t seem aware of any deals that aren’t displayed on the register, despite having signs advertising daily specials right there on the counter or outside the building.
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the young woman who served me was incredibly kind. I really wish I had remembered her name, as she made my visit so enjoyable. She took my order with a smile and delivered my food with a bright demeanor. The fish I ordered was delicious and fresh—I absolutely loved it! I'm already looking forward to going back. I just wish there was a place like this in my hometown. Thank you once again!

I entered the restaurant to pick up an order for my family, and the first thing that caught my attention was the dirty mop water and trash on the sidewalk. To make matters worse, I could hear a disturbing song coming from the kitchen that repeatedly chanted, "kill the motherfers, kill." Unfortunately, things only got worse from there, as some of the meals were missing side dishes, and one of the fish pieces was completely missing!
Owner of the building should be ashamed, making more money than the average LJS and the conditions these employees are horrendous, luckily they do a great job regardless. Paint job and maintenance please. The storage in the back falling apart sewage line exposed and leaking electrical exposed WOW
The food was decent, but the restaurant could really use some cleaning and updates. We were seated at the front and had to deal with flies buzzing around. It was amusing, though, that they didn't have any ice for drinks. You would think they could just go out and buy some to put in the cooler.
One guy was doing his best to handle everything on his own. He did an impressive job, but they had to close the dine-in service since he was solely responsible for both cooking and taking orders. The food was decent, but I really felt for him.

I brought my son for his first a&w rootbeer float and they ran out of rootbeer, so it started as a disappointment. My son still enjoyed his food. The restaurant could use some cleaning from windows, floors, lobby tables and chairs.
I order online 8 shrimp with ff n order of 12 hush puppies family size coleslaw n 4 tartar sauces. They deliver 2 pieces of fish n 2 tacos then takes 2 more hours to get the food it's cold n no tartar sauce
