I really should have paid attention to the reviews. First of all, the restaurant was a complete mess. Every table was dirty, and all the trash cans were overflowing. Secondly, I waited more than 10 minutes in line before deciding to leave. There were five other people in front of me. We were told that if we wanted Taco Bell, we should use the kiosk to place our order, but I wanted Long John Silver's. The staff seemed uninterested in helping the customers in line; their focus was solely on the drive-thru, completely ignoring those of us right in front of them. This is absolutely unacceptable. I most likely won't be returning to give this place another chance.
I had a 45-minute wait for the fish combo family meal, and when I finally got it, I was only given a box of fries. After paying $31, I was informed that there were no hush puppies available. I requested the fish and something to substitute for the hush puppies, and instead, I was given chicken. When I asked for the fish again, they took the chicken back but didn't offer any sides in return. It seemed like 1 out of every 3 people was having issues with their orders, and the manager refused to address anyone's concerns. The girl at the register didn't know how to process a refund either. I will definitely not be returning.
Placed our order at the drive thru where they told us they were out of fried and offered extra hush puppies which we accepted.We should have checked the border because when we got home we found out our order was wrong and they didn't include the extra ones promised.When we went back there was a wait to get our order corrected and the employees were not apologetic and after getting back to our car we found out they shorted us again.The wait was so long people were walking out before placing their order.We will never eat there again

Was told to wait one minute. 8 minutes later, the LGS portion closed and theywouldn?t serve it to us. It is now 9:20 and we are still waiting in the drive through trying to leave after not getting any foodfor the last 50 minutes. ridiculous.

I arrived at 8:30, knowing that the drive-thru closes at 9, and thought we had enough time. There were six cars ahead of us. We reached the speaker at 8:55 and were told to wait a minute. Eight minutes later, the drive-thru closed, and they refused to serve us. It's 9:20 now, and we’re still waiting in the drive-thru, having gone without food for the last 50 minutes. This is ridiculous.
After being away from the state for some time, I was excited to visit Long John Silver's upon my return. Unfortunately, I ordered a fish and chicken meal that was excessively greasy, to the point where I couldn't finish it. I wouldn't recommend going back!
You couldn't order Long John Silver's from the self service computers and no body came to the counter to take my order even after alerting the staff and manager to the problem...absolutely awful experience... minus 10 out of 10 ...very disappointing!!!
No one at the counter. I was a walk-in. The manager took my order finally. The 40 minutes later asked about order. They said no record in the computer. 15 minutes later food came out. Very
