I really don't like this place. I only go because it's close to work, but it's not worth it. They're not super friendly. I always feel rushed when placing and picking up my order. Just the other day I asked for sauce and the woman said no sauce, which I thought was odd. I then asked for straws for the sodas and she said no straws. I left bewildered. When I looked in the bag, there was sauce, so I realized she thought I was saying straws both times. Food is just ok.They never have fortune cookies. Don't know if they don't sell or are always out. Don't like that you can only do cash. The parking lot is very dirty. I used to see rats several times.
Unfortunately, my last experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food didn't taste like real chicken; it seemed more like it was made from low-quality meat intended for other animals, possibly dog food. I can definitely say this was not chicken.
I ordered fried chicken gizzards, boneless spareribs with shrimp fried rice, and fried shrimp with green plantains. Unfortunately, my order arrived burned. While they were kind enough to send me a replacement, it was even worse than the first one.
2weeks in a row they send me what they want not what I ordered.1/2 chicken with plain fried rice it can full of onions.today I order with 2 litter coke never arrived and didn't send recite called told me I had to pay again.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and the staff who were there about a year ago were incredibly friendly. While there are new people working there now, they are also really nice.
I’m in Amityville and I called at noon to place a lunch order. So far, I’ve called three times. After an hour, my food finally arrived, and I live just ten minutes away.
Terrible experience! You're better off going to Pink Deli. The food had no flavor, and I was overcharged. I even paid for extra BBQ sauce and didn't receive it.
The deep-fried rib tips are legendary and have been for years. I've never had a bad dining experience at this place.

I made an order and after an hour wait I called them and they never answered and the food never came.
I really enjoy their food, and my favorite dish is the General Tso's chicken.
