Longhorn Steakhouse

The server appeared to be new and continuously forgot our requests. She was not very attentive and only checked on us once to see how we were doing. There was also a chart for ordering steak, and I requested my steak to be cooked "blood rare." The server misunderstood and asked if I wanted it "blue" (the raw side of rare), to which I confirmed. Unfortunately, the steak came back cooked medium well, dry, and difficult to swallow. This experience was not up to the usual standards we expect from Longhorn Steakhouse. I would recommend avoiding this location.
