The restaurant was clearly quite busy. When we arrived, the hostess asked if we had checked in to wait; I said we hadn’t, and I was grateful that she still accommodated us. Our waiter was friendly, but it seemed she had a lot on her plate, as she forgot to bring our drinks. After our food arrived, I reminded them about the drinks, and she was very apologetic, getting them to us in a short time. However, it was sometimes difficult to get her attention. Because of this experience, I can't give the highest rating. Perhaps LongHorn should consider having enough staff to handle the number of customers.
I've been a loyal customer for many years, and I've never had a ribeye steak quite like the one prepared by the chef. It was incredible! The way the food made me feel was truly exceptional. Janine was the sweetest and friendliest person I encountered during my visit on July 27, 2022, and the service was excellent. Thank you for making my day special!
