Wow. I didn't know restaurant customer service could be this bad. Now I see that new lows are achievable. On 10/6/23 11:35 an online/curbside pickup order was placed. After letting the restaurant know I was there, I waited in my car till 12:00. Wanting to be sure my food wasn’t waiting on a shelf, I walked in. The Manager on duty at the time was seen noting that part of the order was incorrect and asked the kitchen staff to correct the error. I was never approached regarding the error or the delay. I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delightful, earning a solid 5 out of 5. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure I had everything I needed — another 5 out of 5 for them.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. I would rate the ambiance a perfect 5 as well. Overall, it was a great dining experience that I would highly recommend!
