On June 22, 2022, I stayed at a hotel within walking distance to Longhorns. I called to place a pick up order at around 9:40PM and they close at 10:00PM. I called the restaurant and pressed the selection for pick up and was hung up on three times. I walked to the restaurant and asked a very nice hostess if I could place a to go order. She walked behind the bar and asked Hannah if I could place a to go order. Hannah was extremely rude to this poor hostess and I could tell she did not want to help. This place was better than expected. We've never been and thought it was just a chain steak house with foods similar to other chain restaurants. We were wrong! The stripe was fantastic and perfectly cooked. Our server Lauren was pleasant. She was attentive, but not intrusive and did all these little things that make a server great.
had a steak, grilled mais, salat, arnold parmer and sangria. came with my family of 6 others. eating was delicious, but what was fabulous was my waiter tommy. He was worried about us that our drinks were refilled and that we needed nothing. when I come back, I'll get tommy again.
This was the worst experience I've ever had! I highly recommend not going. Our waiter, Dylan, from table 63, complained about making only $2.13 an hour and pointed out that we hadn’t tipped yet, even though we hadn’t received our food.

Steak was great and cooked for perfection! The Wild West Shrimp was great!! Friendly and fast service. We sat as soon as we arrived on Friday after 5. There was a line when we were gone.
