Longhorn Steakhouse

When we're craving steak, typically we like to run to Costco, purchase some Grade A ribeyes and make them at home. But when we don't have 2+ hours to drive to Hoover and back, we hit up Longhorn. It's a casual steakhouse chain known for grilled beef other American dishes in a ranch-style space. We always seem to get lucky with friendly servers when we visit the Tuscaloosa location. Skip the appetizers or just order a ceaser salad. Thier appetizers are not worth the price. Same with the sides. We usually just order veggies or fries. We ordered the loaded mash but it came out cold. We only ever order steaks when we visit and they are boldly seasoned and grilled by. Our favorite is the Bone-In Outlaw Ribeye. Still prefer our home-made steaks but Longhorn does have some delicious ones too.

Had a big group last week for a birthday party and this place was great! Our server was probably one of the best servers I ever had in a restaurant in Alabama, I wish I could remember his name! Our drinks were never empty, the bread remained fresh and hot, every food came right. The service and the food were top notch, look forward to returning to this place.

Best fillet lobster dick I had in a while! both were cooked for perfection! paid amount! Salad was much more than easy. the white balsamic dressing was great! also a good bread with delicious wheat bread!! Thank you. Longhorn! Staff very friendly accommodation. absolutely recommended as BEST Steakhouse in Tuscaloosa!

Superb! My steak came dry. Before I could ask my waitress, Kindle, if it should be, she had my shield and was on the way to fix it! I appreciated the experience!

The Brussels sprouts were dried out, and they had no honey butter on them. There was also something on my steak. They said it was sweet potato. See photo
