Longhorn Steakhouse

if I couldn't let it begin, I would. today I ordered a chopped steak, no sauce/drums/moushrooms and a pure potato with butter, speck and cheese on the side. the waitress brought me chopped steak with tons mushrooms and sauce (which I am allergic) and a potato with acidic only looked on it. she's re-entered the command. 35 minutes later I had not received the corrected meal. 45 minutes later the corrected meal came. here is what I have: chopped steak with mushrooms and gravy and a baked kartoffel with cheese on the side and loaded in w/ more acid looked. the waitress tried to reorder my meal, but the 5 other people on my table had c completely finished their meal. I asked for a manager. he came and said they had a bad time today, he offered me a 3rd meal, but the waiting period could be another 30 45 minutes seriously? when they brought the meal, the waitress took off the meal, but still on the ice. it wasn't that I didn't have the money to pay for the icy, it's just that I sat there through Sunday dinner until 3:00 without eating and it was totally her fault. we never go again.

this review is based on numerous visits, but in particular this one. my mother loves her brot. so she wanted to celebrate her birthday in longhorn. so our party of three went there on a Wednesday night. It was surprisingly crowded and we had about 15 minutes waiting for our table. when I told the hostess that we celebrated the 93rd birthday of my mother, we were treated like a royal treatment. our server, jaime, was very attentive during our meal. we ordered the salmon, a full ribbed strap and a 12 ounce sirloin. all the escaped came with two sides or an salate and one side. at the end of our meal brought jaime beautifully decorated icespoon with whipped cream with a single illuminated candle on the top. this was a free surprise for the birthday “Mädchen”. she enjoyed everything. we like longhorn because of the warm brotes, tasteful eating and unusual good service. even if it's a chain restaurant, we'll get diners again.

Bad visit! Called ahead and then watched numerous people come in and be seated. Waited 25 minutes (1 hour and 20 minutes after I called) hostess told I had to wait at the end of the line behind every one else that was in line! What is the advantage of calling ahead?Ordered a drink and was told they could not make it because their blender was broken, asked for another and was told they did not have the ingredients.My husband was served his Salad, after 5 minutes wait i asked another waiter for mine. My dinner was served and it was my steak and chicken! I had to get another waiter to correct it and get the correct order. Then was charged an extra $30 on the bill! This was supposed to be a nice dinner for my 40th wedding anniversary! Thanks, oh yeah the food was good.

I've been working in every department for several years. I love the staff that the manager really cares for his workers and guests. everyone who works here actually takes care of the experience and eating! I would recommend longhorn steakhouse over any other restaurant in louisville, including ruth chrisvegetarian options: there are many vegetarian options and they can make a vegetarian plate instead of having a regular escape child-friendly: many families come here is a child-friendly experience and have many food children would enter foodwheelchair accessible: there is a long line of handicap storage

had a margarita and our steaks were wonderful! this is a good situation! Our waitress jessica was absolutely wonderful to everyone who gets her should feel happy. it was our jubilee and we had left our previous place that we chose because we were never greeted!!! beautiful that we are here! many thanks for their help
