Longhorn Steakhouse

We had a family dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse following welcoming out of town guests for the weekend. The service we received from the manager, Jen, was absolutely horrible. Not only was she curt, rude, and abrasive with us as we tried to make a reservation but she was like that with every single other party that walked in. Multiple parties were sat ahead of us, which was fine but as we tried to explain the situation and what we were asking for she cut me off several times, spoke over me, and was extremely condescending. One of the other servers, Danielle S., overheard what was going on and offered to put us in her section so we would be sure to get great service. Boy did we! She was amazing...

I am so disappointed on this restaurant we been come for many year and this time 7-14-24 I brought my family in we show up and not even hello rude services then give us a table and not even clean then we seat down and wait 17 minutes no buddy show up till I ask for the manager and he come out and i explain the situation he was like don’t know what to said I tell him we are living he tell please stay and I will give you free drinks and appetizers and I respond to him back I am not here to get a free stuff

It was a great experience as always. Our server was Kaylee, she provided excellent service. She had a plesant attitude and a friendly smile. I was hungry and forgot to take pictures. The food was served hotand fresh.

Currently eating here. It took 12 minutes to get the beer, all food was cold when it was brought to our table. Unfortunately we will not return.
