Arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse in Westland on Warren across from Westland Mall on a Thursday not busy this is my favorite local Longhorn. This is my 1st time bringing my daughter that is paralyzed in a wheelchair and they had a table near the kitchen for us, I asked the host (Jamie) if we could have another table we didn't want to be near the kitchen and there wasn't enough room, she wasn't pleased with the request. I asked if we could be towards the back because of needing more room she proceeds to move us 2 tables down still not enough room we would have been blocking the aisle way finally Jamie seats us in the back which is where we wanted to go in the 1st place. We had a family dinner here with 13 people, and it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The Shrimp and Lobster chowder was outstanding, and the Grilled Chicken and Strawberry salad was also very tasty. The salmon served with field greens was a generous portion and quite delicious as well. Salads can be hit or miss this time of year, but these contained fresh lettuce, and all the dressings are homemade. My mom’s favorite, Flo's Filet, was perfect and cooked exactly to her preference (medium-rare). Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

I visited a few days ago and, without a doubt, had the worst meal I've ever experienced. I ordered the ribeye, which was excessively salty and tough—definitely not the tender cut it was advertised to be. I wouldn't recommend it at all. The service was disappointing as well. I can only give this place 1 star, and honestly, that's one star too many.

The steak was outstanding. While the ribs didn't quite meet expectations, it's important to note that this is a steakhouse, not a rib restaurant. My steak was not tender or seasoned good. It was cooked to my liking as far as temp. We had to send it back and get new ones. The second one was better than the first but not the greatest.

My steak was wonderful, cooked just the way I like it. My wife also loved her chicken dish, and my corn on the cob was fabulous! Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.

Honestly really enjoyed my experience here. The Filet was so good, as well as the bread, and the appetizer. The margarita was ok, but I'd drink it again. Will be back!
