Food was good. But service was horrible Start to finish it's very rare to get such worst service. The personal at the front desk will not welcome you... Waitress are also miserable. Totally forgot the appetizer. Mac n cheese with steak also they forgot to serve. Management need to look after the service.. it's totally in disarray. Had the bone-in ribeye and it was only half decent. Good cut of meat but it was cooked poorly. I don’t mind steaks that are on the rare side but my medium rare steak was rare in some places medium in others. Longhorn struggles with getting a sear on their meat. Best Longhorn around. 6 years ago it was a different story but now we're regulars and head there once a week, sometimes more. Best bar tenders and staff! Food is great too! Best long horn location I’ve been too. The food isn’t done anything different, but it fresher and to me they put effort into it. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.
