My steak was bad (as in rotten). The waitress said nothing. Then the manager came over about 15 mins later. He didn't really care but asked if I wanted another steak. I asked if they were stored separately or separately wrapped, and he said no. I explained how the bacteria would spread to other meat and they didn't seem to care. They did take my meal off our check, but offered no apologies or anything. We have always had good food and service here, but have never seen this manager.
wife and I stopped on Thursday 10/27/22 at 16:30. the short ribs I ordered came cold to the table stone! server has returned it, but no one from the administration came to the table to apologize or even offer a kind of concession. in the last six months we had two unfavorable visits, so we took our business a little further to texas roadhouse, never had a bad experience there. the two stars are our server garrett, who was excellent.
The Lamb Chops are so good my fiance and I shared those the wing's we're cooked perfect asparagus was delicious I had doubted trying it again after my first bad encounter with undone batch. The only problem I really had was with the service. The girl who seated just placed us dead smack next to a party of folk instead of asking preferences and our server acted like he didn't want to be there and his service showed it.
I had the pleasure of dining here twice this week! The T-bone steak was cooked perfectly—tender and seasoned just right. For my second meal, I had a strawberry grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette, which was amazing! I also have to mention the chicken tenders we ordered; they were absolutely incredible! Whooohooo! Awesome, deliciouz food! Waitress was excellent too! The appetizer was the Spicy Chicken bites well worth the low price of $5.99!!! Very good! I had the Parmesan crusted chicken breast. Generously sized! This is the smaller one at 9oz too! ......and we decided to try their new Triple chocolate cheesecake with chocolate chips and a chocolate cookie crust. Oh my gosh!! Yummilicious!
I've always ordered online and taken my meals home. The service is prompt, and the food is well-prepared. While there are better options for ordering dinner online, this place offers a unique experience, and nothing I've tried has been disappointing. I've had the renegade and the flank steak, and I would recommend both.
I absolutely love the steak at this restaurant! I've dined here several times with my family, and we particularly enjoy the iron-grilled steak. The ambiance is fantastic, and the service is great. I definitely plan to return, and I'm looking forward to trying the takeout next time!
the wetsmann was very unfriendly and acted like a table of 9 wanted to throw all the space in cabinets. our waitress was friendly and very attentive and eating came out quickly and was good. only negatiw was the same hostess noisy and did not complain. Reserva una mesa ahora
I always order the porterhouse steak with loaded potato and broccoli or asparagus and I'm always satisfied. Everything was cooked perfectly. Longhorns is my go-to for steak.
