It took our waiter, Justin P, over 15 minutes to bring me water after I asked for it. By the time he finally checked on us, I had already been waiting for 25 minutes without a drink, which is simply unacceptable. The buffalo wings we received were cold—definitely not something you want to eat without something to wash it down.
Moreover, the plates were uncomfortably dirty; there was visible dust and grime that could be seen from across the table. The ceiling also had dust hanging down. When I pointed out the plastic in my food, it seemed like no one cared, including the manager. I even found a sticker on my food indicating that it had expired.

If you've ever eaten at Longhorn Steakhouse, you know you're in for a treat with great food and outstanding service. This location definitely lived up to those expectations. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and every dish was full of flavor. The loaded baked potato was particularly noteworthy. While Flo's filet seemed a bit smaller than I remembered from my last visit, it was still incredibly tender and juicy. The staff were friendly and attentive. I intend to return and I highly recommend that you give it a try too!
My wife and I had an amazing birthday dinner at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the food was top-notch. Longhorn really shines when it comes to steak. We started with the Firecracker Shrimp, which was crispy and spicy—absolutely delightful. I ordered Flo's 9-ounce filet with two lobster tails, and it was simply wonderful. Once again, we had a fantastic dining experience at Longhorn. While there may be pricier options out there, you won’t find better quality anywhere else.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on a Tuesday evening. My soup was served cold, and my steak was undercooked. It took far too long for them to bring a replacement. By the time it arrived, my dining companions had already finished their meals, so I had to take my steak to go. To make matters worse, the new steak was shockingly small—so tiny that in the photo I took, it looked like a hotel bar of soap. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had!

My husband and I were seated near the kitchen, which didn't leave us with many other seating choices. The server was adequate—polite but lacking a bit in enthusiasm, though he managed a payment issue effectively. The steaks were good, though a bit greasier than my husband preferred. We didn’t mention any complaints since they were cooked just the way we liked. In contrast, the salad was exceptional—very fresh and tasty.

We were pleasantly surprised to wait only 10 minutes for a table on a Saturday night. Although our waitress seemed a bit disorganized when she brought our food without utensils, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.
