They had to make my burger FOUR times. I ordered it medium with no pickles and onions. First burger came, it was still mooing. The horrified look on the waitress's face said it all. She assured me they would remake it. I wait. Everyone else has finished their meals, plates have been cleared, I'm still waiting. Finally the manager comes over, tells me they overcooked my replacement burger, but he was taking care of it himself, and would package it to go. When he brought it out, it was loaded with pickles, had American cheese (I'd asked for cheddar), and no bacon. It was taken back, the pickles removed and another slice of cheese added. Food is always good every time I go. I used the app to see how long the wait was for 2 people and although it showed no wait so I didn't get on the wait list. It took approximately 15 minutes to drive there and had to wait about 30min to be seated. So, I recommend getting on the wait list next time. While I was outside waiting, I checked the app again to see what the wait time is and still showed no wait. I spoke with a few people there waiting and they had been waiting quite a while. This proves that they are not in sync with their app. To be fair It was on a Friday evening and I figured there was a wait. This isn't the only restaurant in Columbus that is not in-sync with their app.
Exceptional service and delicious food! Our waitress Veronica did an amazing job attending to everyone at our table. She was prompt with all the refills and ensured that everything was in order. The ambiance, with its rustic decor, was pleasant to enjoy. The food was fantastic! Everything was fresh, served hot, and incredibly flavorful. We would happily order everything again. The steaks were among the best we've ever tasted—perfectly grilled and seasoned. We will certainly be returning!
I had an excellent dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse, with Charles L as our server. He was prompt, friendly, and truly a great host. The steak we ordered was cooked to perfection! For a chain restaurant, both the service and the food were exceptional. As a seasoned food reviewer, I tend to be quite particular about my dining experiences, but this time, Longhorn Steakhouse definitely exceeded my expectations.

Came here for my 43rd birthday. Everything was perfect. It was nice and calm, clean, and a short wait. Our waitress Latice, was amazing. She should literally train every waitress in town on what right looks like. Never had to ask for a thing. She is a mind reader and extremely kind and personable. The whole experience made my birthday one of the best ever. Thank you Longhorn and Latice!!
The steak was very tender and juicy you could cut it with a butter knife. Cooked perfectly. Baked potato was so good I could have made a meal of it alone. So much food I ate half and saved half for lunch the next day. Prices have gone up. Beef is costly. It was my wedding day and our waitress volunteered to take our picture. She took several great pictures. Made our day special.
I had a lunch date with my husband today at Longhorn Steak House. I found myself getting full halfway through my meal, probably because I had a glass of water and sweet tea. The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress, YaMia, was fantastic. Great service is really important to us, and if it's not up to par, we usually don't go back.
First time going to this location. The food was sooooo delicious. And the chocolate cake dessert was just HEAVENLY!! Totally recommended.

Our steaks were delicious, but they did have some gristle. Service was better than usual. It is usually a 4. Love the atmosphere.
Honestly had one of THE BEST steaks ever. Totally enjoyed the food all around!
